Status of DADT?

So what's the status of the repeal of DADT? Has it passed the House or the Seante and what would have to happen for it now to pass?

It passed the House, hasn't passed the Senate yet.

It didn't really pass the House either, all the bill will do, if passed, is kick the decision over to Obama, after the Pentagon studies it. This is the most CYA thing I have ever seen come out of this Congress, all it is is a sop to the left wing, and keeps them off the hook with the conservatives they are all afraid of.
