Most states have them, yet Planned Parenthood goes right on killing fetuses.

.....so, these people have irresponsible sex, grow up in SQUALOR, and the kids grow up and are too stupid to realize that if they have irresponsible sex, then they will live as adults like that and THEIR kids will do the same .....
..sex is a SUPER important ''activity'' that can result in babies---this not only will have consequences for the individual, but also the community

Do you understand the difference?

Wrong.

This fails as a false comparison fallacy.

The right to privacy concerns civil law, prohibiting the state from compelling women to give birth against their will.

Fetal homicide measures are criminal law unrelated to civil law and the right to privacy.

Indeed, fetal homicide measures likewise protect a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy if she so desires by penalizing any individual acts to interfere with a woman’s pregnancy against her will.

Last, Fetal Homicide measures all have provisions excluding a woman and her healthcare providers from criminal prosecution when her pregnancy is lawfully terminated.

The type of sex people have is not within the purview of the state to regulate; the state has no authority to compel a woman to give birth against her will through force of law, regardless how an unwanted pregnancy might manifest.

That’s the only relevant issue.

In California, Scott Peterson was convicted of murder for killing his baby that was merely in it's fetal stage of life.
Because he committed a criminal act contrary to the will of the mother.

A woman alone decides whether to have a child or not – not the state, not an outside actor.

In civil law the right to privacy protects a woman’s reproductive autonomy from interference by the state.

In criminal law fetal homicide measures protect a woman’s reproductive autonomy from interference by private actors.

It wasn't the mother's choice.. You really don't know the difference, do you?

Bullshit. The homicide of an innocent person is a relevant issue.

Practically every woman who has had an abortion, and certainly every scuzball cowardly wussyboy who has pressured their mate into getting an abortion, will never change their minds regarding this issue.

They don't want to admit to themselves that they killed an innocent person.

I know of a couple that regretted that decision of their youth while they made while they were in college for many years. Those with that spirit of the vile abortionist make it sound so simple like its no big deal and it is actually a trap for those who haven't a clue when they succumb to it what they will go through emotionally.
