Yes Turkey provides excellent opportunity for anyone to invest in an up and coming Islamist dictatorship. Interest free.

Turkey has granted women the right to vote in 1934.
In these times your water-stealing sand-mummy country called Israel did not even exist.

While all this is wonderful and good, and I am willing to give Turkey all kinds of plaudits.....

In the modern American world, it just isn't relevant anymore.

Turkey is doing all right. Their economy is growing quite nicely. Good on them. Especially as we just tossed out economy and health care systems down the shitter. If you want to gloat, please do it elsewhere. We are in mourning here.

Construction activities of new Laboratories and Facultities within State Universities, financed by State Planning Authority.
Excel-Version of 2010-Financing

http://www.dpt.gov.tr/DocObjects/Download/7888/2010_Teknolojik_Araştırma.xls

Exactly 276 Projects of new Faculities and Laboratories for State Universities.

e.g. Project Code:
2006K120260 - Nuclear Technology Research Faculity
2010K120520 - Superconductivity Faculty

But Most of them are "Central Research Faculities".
Faculities that are modular so inter-operability between State universities is ensured.
