Sprained neck?

Um.......not like that.

I've never heard of a sprained neck either but I guess there's muscles in the neck that can get sprained.

"Whiplash" is strain/sprain of neck. Usually you are not going to have the neck without the shoulder involvement. Too much stuff tied in together in that region.

I didn't even know that was possible, but I've now done it according to old Dr. Davis. Along with my back and shoulder. If any of you were thinking about giving this a try, don't. It's ridiculously painful.
Just take it easy for a few weeks. Get some bed rest.

When I was in my late 20's I was in a car accident hit from behind while I was stopped for traffic. I most likely suffered whiplash and my neck hurt but I rode a motorcycle enduro the next day. Stupid young kids. Today I have limited turning radius in my neck.
