War crimes perpetrated by the Soviet Union and its armed forces from 1919 to 1991 include acts committed by the Red Army (later called the Soviet Army) as well as the NKVD, including the NKVD's Internal Troops. In some cases, these acts were committed upon the orders of the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin in pursuance of the early Soviet Government's policy of Red Terror, in other instances they were committed without orders by Soviet troops against prisoners of war or civilians of countries that had been in armed conflict with the USSR, or they were committed during partisan warfare.[2]

A significant number of these incidents occurred in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe before, during and in the aftermath of World War II, involving summary executions and the mass murder of prisoners of war, such as in the Katyn massacre and mass rape by troops of the Red Army in territories they occupied.

When the Allied Powers of World War II founded the post-war International Military Tribunal to examine war crimes committed during the conflict by Nazi Germany, with officials from the Soviet Union taking an active part in the judicial processes, there was no examination of Soviet Forces' actions and no charges were ever brought against its troops, because they were also an undefeated power which then held Eastern Europe under military occupation, marring the historical authority of the Tribunal's activity as being, in part, victor's justice.[3]"

Stalin starved/murdered/etc hundreds of thousands of Russians and Poles
then the nazis did the same to the people in the same area
those people went through hell--for decades

War crimes happen only if you commit them without the permission of the global socialist elite. Stalin and Churchill had the permission so they didn't commit any war crimes. In fact, there is a new movie about Churchill that makes him look like a god.

For example when he starved those Indian regions under the pretence that some French front food supplies would be running low.

are these clear cut war crimes just like Stalin's where they actually murdered people?
actually wanted people to die?

I think this question is funny. Stalin didn't want them to die either, he just wanted them to disappear. Very interesting link, by the way!

What would be the point? We're trying to win over Russia and China with love, not war.

How would we enforce these trials also. Want to pay for a war with Rissia?

And that doesn't even include Gorbachev's gassing in Georgia.

Although it's kind of hard to decide, I think Putler is probably worse than Gorbachev and he would be opposed to an investigation.

'How we made the Chernobyl rain'
Russian military pilots have described how they created rain clouds to protect Moscow from radioactive fallout after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986.

Major Aleksei Grushin repeatedly took to the skies above Chernobyl and Belarus and used artillery shells filled with silver iodide to make rain clouds that would "wash out" radioactive particles drifting towards densely populated cities.

More than 4,000 square miles of Belarus were sacrificed to save the Russian capital from the toxic radioactive material.

"The wind direction was moving from west to east and the radioactive clouds were threatening to reach the highly populated areas of Moscow, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl," he told Science of Superstorms, a BBC2 documentary to be broadcast today.

"If the rain had fallen on those cities it would've been a catastrophe for millions. The area where my crew was actively influencing the clouds was near Chernobyl, not only in the 30km zone, but out to a distance of 50, 70 and even 100 km."

Okay, so if that one is not enough, then Churchill redrew country borders for the soviets, so that they can legally deport people. Good enough? Deport, like the same thing as what they were trying the Nazis for in the same time in Nurnberg. Hehehe.

Mostly Churchill only, because the other side of the Atlantic didn't permanently stop deportees from going home by new country borders when they closed the intern camps in Colorado after the war.

FDR definitely agreed to give Eastern Europe to the Soviet Union.

its clear today that FDR was surrounded by commies and Koba´s spies, including his closest adviser and his wife .they together could literally switch USA politic (support) over Yugoslavia and China, giving victories there to commies ...
