Just goes to show...Religious doctrine and dogma can be interpreted by anyone to suit any purpose.

I know of no Scriptural basis that could be used for justifying the baptism of any animals, let alone a horse the church is using to race(!!). Ridiculous.

Im sure they just meant it as a sign of respect to their god...the almighty dollar.
