White House Spokeswoman Jen Psaki violated the Hatch Act
- "Using her official titles or positions while engaging in political activity," including "any activity directed at the success or failure of a political party, candidate for partisan political office, or partisan political group."

Biden Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge violated the Hatch Act.
- "Engaging in partisan political activity while acting in their official capacity"

Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm violated the Hatch Act.
- Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm violated the Hatch Act, which prohibits government officials from leveraging their official duties to impact election results, according to an ethics watchdog complaint. Granholm used her official capacity as gov't official to promote Democratic candidates

Members of the executive branch, under the Hatch Act, are restricted from engaging in partisan political activity while acting in their official capacity. Only the president and vice president are exempted.

It is evident that Biden administration officials and spokes persons have no clue what the Hatch Act is, that - like Hillary - they are breaking laws but are too stupid to know they are doing it (or just don't give a damn).

Perhaps Garland - or someone who DOES know what the Hatch Act is - should brief the entire Biden administration.

The way Biden's poll numbers are dropping, the Democrats the Biden administration is endorsing my ask the Biden administration to STOP mentioning them by name!!!

The Hatch Act of 1939, An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law. Its main provision prohibits civil service employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president and vice president, from engaging in some forms of political activity. It became law on August 2, 1939.

Thank you for supporting my thread with that great post.

Trump pissed on the Hatch Act

He DEMANDED that his staff be partisan

~~~~~~
Of course, it's quite obvious that Jen Psaki, Mayorkas, Blinken, Kerry and his whole cabinet are bipartisan in the Joey Xi Bai Dung administration.... They'd never stoop to violating the Hatch Act, or Logan Act eh?
Rules apply only to those not in power.
Logan Act | History and Violations - Encyclopedia Britannica
On January 30, 1799, the Logan Act was thus passed by the U.S. Congress to prevent any individual from corresponding with a foreign government without permission from the U.S. government. The Logan Act has been used in only one indictment (in the early 19th century), but that case was never prosecuted.
I laughed because Dems have been blatantly ignoring and breaking the law for the past 12 years, openly daring anyone to do anything about it.
Trump pissed on the Hatch Act
He DEMANDED that his staff be partisan
During the month of October 2020, at least 16 Trump administration officials have violated the Hatch Act a total of more than 60 times, in an unprecedented and escalating assault on the rule of law and the democratic process.
President Trump has allowed — and encouraged — senior officials to use their government roles to take actions benefiting his re-election effort, in its final weeks and days as Americans are casting their ballots. Beyond the 16 administration officials we identified who have committed clear violations of the Hatch Act, the White House appears to have also deployed cabinet members to swing states to tout Trump policies on the taxpayer dime, and pressured leaders of the State Department, FBI and DOJ to take actions against his political adversaries purely for his partisan benefit.
For crying out loud. Look what he did with Mike Pence
Trump would fire you if you brought up the Hatch Act
This is not about Trump. You told us the Progs are above board. They told us they were above board. Clean as there is. With animated twinkles coming out of their eyes when they speak. This is what we were sold. You promised.
