Hardly. He is a already a violent criminal at age 15. Sentence seems appropriate to me, and I'm a proud liberal.
 

I call bullshit on the title
15 year old mugs an old man, hitting him and brandishing what appeared to be real weapons. He is identified by the victim, his partner pleads guilty. He pleads not guilty and his lawyer argues he should not be convicted of the Felony he committed. He is found guilty and the Judge gives him 4 to 6 years.
