Hardly. He is a already a violent criminal at age 15. Sentence seems appropriate to me, and I'm a proud liberal.

All liberals are not bleeding hearts.

I call bullshit on the title
15 year old mugs an old man, hitting him and brandishing what appeared to be real weapons. He is identified by the victim, his partner pleads guilty. He pleads not guilty and his lawyer argues he should not be convicted of the Felony he committed. He is found guilty and the Judge gives him 4 to 6 years.

Poster boy for whining complaining left.

First-Degree Robbery? WTF?!

What about the assault? is that no longer a crime?
“For seven cents, now you’re making someone a felon for the rest of his life,” she said.

Wrong. For attacking an unarmed man and beating him and threatening him with firearms, he's lucky he got off so easy.

Seems like he got off easy to me
