"U.S. Sen. Mike Rounds of South Dakota said Monday he stands by his statement that former President Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, after Trump called his fellow Republican a “jerk” for his comments. “This isn’t new information,” Rounds said in a statement. “If we’re being honest, there was no evidence of widespread fraud that would have altered the results of the election.”
Trump said Monday that Rounds was only speaking out because he was easily reelected in 2020 with Trump’s endorsement — “so now he thinks he has time, and those are the only ones, the weak, who will break away,” Trump said. Rounds’ comments come days after his Republican Senate colleague, John Thune, announced that he would run for reelection after mulling retirement. Thune said Republicans need to be focusing on the future not the past, and important policy issues like the economy and national security. “There’s just a whole lot of things that we need to be talking about to win and earn the support of the American people in 2022.”
How did Trump ever endorse traitorous establishment Deep State cucks like Thune and Rounds...Trump only chooses the best people; but I guess they tricked him and convinced them that they were on his side -- however, they were not...which means they were against America...If Thune thinks the way Republicans will win future elections is by focusing on important policies like the economy or even healthcare -- he is sadly mistaken....
Republican base voters are more animated by trolling the libs and getting revenge against anyone who has not been loyal and in total worship of Trump....these RINOS are so dumb...of course the election was stolen -- even tho Rounds and Thune won on the same ticket that Trump lost on -- obviously, they worked out some deal with the Dems -- where their votes wouldn't be stolen in exchange for helping the Dems steal the election from Trump...the evidence is coming out more and more....
