Did Biden try to pressure the Afghan "President" into digging up dirt on his political rival?....And right now, who would his political rival be? DeSantis? (Doing a great job of killing his chances all on his own). If so, then your answer is yes.

Biden is on video bragging about how he leveraged a billion dollars to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired. In my book that is probable cause for an investigation.

Totally different. Trump was intimidating Ukraine to force them to dish the dirt on Biden and using taxpayer dollars to do it.

US foreign policy with the backing of the UN supported best business practices in Ukraine to combat corruption .. Ukraine needed to clean up their act to attract foreign investment.
