Looking at recent history, I suspect little victories like this will be far more difficult to get as time goes on.

My guess is that there will be a flood of these kinds of laws and no way to keep up, as the social democrats continue to get bolder.

Its a small victory, but the caveat is all that the court said is the MAYOR cannot do it, if the NYC council decides to do it, then more than likely a lawsuit wouldn't work.
