Six Degrees of Koch Industries

A friend posted this graphic on facebook.

Is it factual?

I tried to google the background info and only saw an indirect connection -- namely that Freedom Industries, the company behind the WV spill, also happened to distribute chemicals produced by a Koch company. Not that any Koch company chemicals were involved in the spill.

Anybody have any helpful links to verify or dispute the story about the Koch connection?
