Because people won't stay home, as directed to by the Health Orders/Lockdown.....but keep spreading the virus to friends and family/relatives by visiting them in their homes....no doubt hugging and kissing.
Eventually the Sydney lockdowns worked...new cases now 290 per day...1300 per day at the height.

Yes, that's what they were doing...in breach of the "Stay at home" health orders.
The vaccination rates were not very high then.
What they were warned about...spreading Covid to their relatives by visiting them at home...was happening.
Then, elderly relatives they were visiting started getting Covid and dying. Yes, grannies and grandpas were dead.
Then younger relatives started getting Covid and finishing up in hospital and ICUs.
Then 2 age 30 somethings appeared on tv from their hospital beds begging in gasping breaths for people to get vaccinated and be careful not to end up like them.
Eventually they changed their ways.

Dr Kerry Chant is a very nice lady and a very caring health professional.
She has been an absolute Godsend during the pandemic, fronting the cameras with dear sweet Premier Gladys [she's no longer Premier now, her secret boyfriend allegedly did dodgy deeds..."unlucky in love" she was] every day at 11am, urging people to get vaccinated, detailing the health restrictions imposed "for the greater good".
What she means is that things will really never return to what they were like before the pandemic...well not until Covid is eliminated from Earth anyway.
For example...wanna fly overseas...QANTAS says "not vaccinated, no fly".

Not worthless, but not 100% protective. The vaxxed know this, so seemingly want to lessen their chances of contracting Covid by avoiding the unvaccinated wherever and whenever possible.
Also, some airlines obviously don't want their staff/crews put at risk....so they've banned the unvaccinated. And many businesses have done likewise.

How is it possible for cases to SKYROCKET during a FASCIST LOCKDOWN if they work?

Because it's not a total lockdown.
People can leave home to go food shopping, office supplies shopping, and shopping for other essential items "needed by the household." Alcohol for example.
For medical visits, exercise including surfing etc.
And, some people won't stay home as required and keep visiting their cousins, other relatives, and friends...killing elderly ones by giving them the virus.
They know better than the govt health officials, they think...but in reality know nothing.
