Biden could speak out stronger against Cuba and in declaring his support for the Cuban people rising up in an attempt to obtain Liberty, freedom.

Biden could allow Cuban refugees to stay in the US - if he can let violent criminals, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members crossing into the US illegally he can stand with a people who want to escape oppressive communism.

Of course you, Biden, and Democrats hate this idea and will come up with reasons to reject these idea.
