Shouldn't threads about the arizona law be thrown into conspiracy theory?

After reading some of the comments about how officers will profile and seeing no proof of it I wonder if those threads talking about that should be thrown in conspiracy theory?

Apparently the point was valid enough to get Brewer to change the law.

Apparently the point was valid enough to get Brewer to change the law.
She actually made it a little tougher in some areas. The changes were minute and were done to avoid any confusion about what the intent of the law is. I've heard that she is about to ban racist la raza classes in arizona.

I am proud to live here.
