Shouldn't there be jobs in this country?

I don't think we should have to do four years of college just so you can find a job at McDonald's. Why hasn't obama willed it into existence by now? Are the republicans preventing him from using his will (dictatorial authority) by creating gridlock (standard democratic process) thereby starving the masses of the unfed? Those republicans sure are evil by using the democratic process to prevent Obama from implementing his direct authority over the people.
