Uterus. Now---you can ask your cousin the Gynecologist----why an unmarried lady might
seek such a procedure by CLAIMING DUB. It is not a hysterectomy---but it can accomplish the termination of a possible condition SOUGHT AFTER by the patient.

Story sounds like a load of shit. Even if ICE or Planned Parenthood wanted to go full Sanger with the eugenics action, there are a lot easier ways to achieve that without a a major operation.
