I think that there will be no confirmation until after the election..if Trump wins..then Katie bar the door..if he loses...Biden will make the pick.
Trump and McConnel will push this through by the election, dude.

I would bet my house on it.
Murokowski and Collins will likely not vote, as well as Romney. All RINOs who hate President Trump far more than they love the country.

I hope he does not do that, as it would destroy any balance onthe SCOTUS and inflame liberal turnout and alienate a whole bunch of moderates and liberals who are on the fence or intend to vote for him otherwise.

IF Trump wins re-election, he will probably appoint several more SCOTUS judges, but if he alienates the left of center voters with a huge ideological move to the right on the SCOTUS balance, I think he may well doom his re-election chances and this will be his very LAST selection.

What do you think President Trump should do in so far as replacing Ruth Ginsberg on the SCOTUS vacancy?
Ben Shapiro.

So, what you are saying is that instead of picking someone who he honestly believes will best serve on the court in terms of upholding the Constitutions and the proper rule of law; that he should pick some left wrong-wing ideologue in order to placate his opposition?
Yep. That’s it in a nutshell from the disingenuous lefty shitbags.

I said it in another thread. If trump wants to be re-elected...if he and Moscow Mitch push through another nut...he will not be re-elected. Voters are not stupid. They will remember what the GOP did to Obama.
Keep dreaming.

But, I would take it anyway to get the most triggering pick imaginable.

Ted Fucking Cruz or some other person who will make the left lose their collective shit. They have been fucking ASSHOLES for 4 fucking years. They deserve the most hated pick imaginable.

I want a Roe v. Wade hating, gay fucking rights slashing, black hating, gun-rights absolutist on the Court. FUCK THESE MOTHERFUCKERS!!!

I'm not sure I understand the question. SCOTUS should ALWAYS be a Constitutionalist first and foremost.

We tend to banter around the easy labels of conservative and progressive when it comes to judicial nominees but what does it mean? Conservative judges tend to base their decisions on the ultimate "law of the land", the U.S. Constitution. So-called liberal or progressive judges tend to decide issues on the basis of emotion, the NY Times, and sometimes the agenda of a political party. Which is best?

Cruz would be great but Mark Levin would be a grand slam homer in the bottom of the ninth, two outs, and an 0-2 count.

There can not be balancing the Supreme Court with crooks and murderers

Abortion became legal because of crooks

So no liberals can ever again be on courts or be judges

Ejections won by stupid voters brainwashed will be stopped

Back to how the wise founders had it

For only voting done by the wise

Now the election will be declared a fraud and John Roberts cannot now stop trump from stopping the deep state

A 4 to 4 tie cannot stop trump

I know....crazy, ain't it?
I can assure you the democrats intend on stealing the election and then insuring they have permanent
majorities in Congress and the Supreme Court forever turning the US into a kind of leftist Iran with
the president as Ayatollah.

How do I know this? Because they've said so. Journalist: Dems should push for Puerto Rico, DC statehood after 2020

"Winning is not enough! Democrats need to figure out to retain power for more than two years in more than one branch of government."
“A relentless, and somewhat ruthless effort by the Democrats to expand the number of citizens who can vote and do vote is not only good for the country if you believe voting is a right that ought to be exercised, but it’s very good for the Democratic Party," Glastris said.

Yes. "Expanding the number of citizens" is very very good way for the democrats to get and hold power and you can bet opening the borders wide open and mass legalization of illegals is just one of the democrat
ways they intend to steal power and hold onto it.

IF Joe Biden somehow steals the election you can bet the devils at the DNC will put their wish list into action
and work on turning the US into a permanent Socialist/Marxist state with no rights for those
who dare to oppose this quasi legal coup. It's Venezuela time in the US!

A Biden win will guarantee a counter revolution and blood in the streets if influential leftists like Glastris
get their way. And they are already running war games sort of exercises to set their plans in motion.
They are the gasoline just waiting for the spark.

Just one more reason not to vote for Biden......

If the impeached president trump loses the protection of the office, his days living outside prison walls are numbered. His best bet is to appoint a loyal crony who can help the other conservative members of the Court make certain he remains in the White House, regardless of election results.
Thanks for the bull shit injection. We don't get enough absolutely insane leftists posting here anymore.
