The statement made was Russians are killing civilians like crazy. Obviously an ignorant uninformed statement.
Russia has shown great restraint in avoiding mass deaths of civilians, even though the Ukrainian army likes to hide among civilians.
This tactic by the Russians is far different from the US military approach.

Should we start with the misinformation based around the Malaysia Airlines flight shot down?
First they said they'd shot down an AN-26 plane belonging to the Ukrainians. Saying it's "a new victory for the Donetsk militia". Then they found out it wasn't anything to do with the Ukraine.
Then all of a sudden they were saying there was no capability to shoot down such a plane.
Then they claimed it had been shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet. Then they released a picture of the airplane being shot at.

Another fun one is the Salisbury Novichok poisoning case. Two beefed up guys flying all the way to the UK just to go see Salisbury cathedral, ignoring London, Oxford, all the usual places, for some random cathedral. And they just happened to be there one day, flying in and out of the UK quickly, from two different airports in the UK and Russia, and the same day that novichok got put on a former FSB officer's door handle.

Oh, Biden's speech was total bullshit. The US talking about not invading other countries is like... well... you know?
The reality is I'm not pro-anything. I like to see the truth of things, I can see there's a hell of a lot of misinformation going on on both sides.
But you can see past the bullshit, there's always going to be some truth in what is said, the more you dig, the more patterns you see, the more you know Russia is up to something and it's not pleasant.
