This was really good. It called for onions and chicken broth, but I skipped the onions (forgot about them) and used a cup of ham broth instead.

Mine:

Cup of ham broth from granulated concentrate

Two good sized russet potatoes, peeled and cubed.

Half a head of cabbage, ribboned.

A can of Smoked Hickory Spam, cubed.

Nothing else. Into the instant pot for 10 minute on high pressure, 5 minute natural release then manually release the rest.

It was very good and super simple.
