Put him on at prime time. Former President Bush has always been an amazing speaker. Remember, this guy was elected twice. The things he did in the name of helping Americans and promoting Freedom:

Katrina
Iraq
Afghanistan
the economy
wealthy Americans
science
education
Georgia (in the far east)
North Korea
Iran
The Sunni

George W. Bush was a game changer and Republicans should honor him for proving how well GOP policies worked, not just here, but all over the world. If you have someone like George W. Bush by your side, the turnout will be amazing. It's not fair not sharing him.

I believe he may attend. He and his Mom are both campaigning for Jeb now.

He "did" Katrina?
Did he create it using Cheney's hurricane machine?
Or did he just use Cheney's machine to steer it into that chocolate city?

"Seriously, Republicans should invite George W. Bush to this year's GOP convention!"

At no time are republicans running harder than running away from GWB and his disaster of a presidency.

What disaster? The unemployment rate was lower, the deficit was lower, we didn't have to buy healthcare, I say things were pretty much better. Just check the numbers.

It was the way he helped people after the Hurricane. Either you knew that or you are the boards biggest nitwit.

Yea, give us some examples. Start at the beginning of his first term and by the end of his second term, the country was nearly utopia. Tell us how.

It was his fault that the state and local morons were so incompetent.

Seems like some folks can't get past the fact that Bush is no longer President.
What does that mean? Wasn't he a great example of what it means to be a Republican? Still don't know why he shouldn't be at the convention.

Look how well George does in this ad for his brother Jeb.

Yeah, for sure. Nothing beats al gore especially. When I can't go to sleep I look for al gore climate change/global warming/ fake weather term speeches.

I don't think he'll give a speech. He says he doesn't like to comment on today's politics (understandably).
