I'm glad they did block it. Less than 25% is for actual infrastructure repair and building.

The rest is a smorgasbord of pork and more social programs we don't need and can't afford to pay for.

Hope it stays blocked. The whole thing should be for infrastructure repair and the rest of that bull shit should be kicked to the curb.

The main parts of the bill was popular and highly popular even among GOP...

Dems have campaign posters now set up... They can show that GOP doesn't want to build back America... They can point to every local infrasture project and say GOP doesn't want that, even the ones that weren't in the bill..

GOP will be the party of not investing in America, they will the party that doesn't believe in America.. While China and Europe are willing to be bold and invest for the future, GOP wants US to stay behind... This makes them the anti innovation party...
