Now, do you work something in a form of partial compensation or stimulus for the landlords, or just create a even more serious homeless problem?

Well no, they aren't racist and hateful across the board at all. That is a lazy person's knee jerk reaction to make that claim and shows you didn't look at everything or take time to consider things. LOL. It is none of those things. Quite literally.

It certainly is not sound or responsible. They are delaying bills as though that accomplishes anything but accruing crippling debt. It is the exact same thing as a payday loan - it solves nothing whatsoever whilst allowing you to ignore the mounting problems long enough for them to be come insurmountable.

You cant even call it governance. Governance would be coming up with a solution that can be implemented. Not only is this not a solution, it is not even taking charge of the problem. It is, instead, demanding that other people take care of it for them - namely the property owners.

Government is not willing to provide a solution so they are both pretending the problem does not exist and putting off the interim destruction of such idiocy onto landlords who can do nothing about it whatsoever.
