She did strike the agent with a 4000 pound car putting all agents in the area under threat of serious bodily injury or death. All she had to do was follow instructions. She chose to escape with a car recklessly. The law supports use of deadly force

It takes a bit of a slam to bruise a healthy person. She probably didn't deserve to die but she certainly put herself in a weak position to live.
