I would imagine that this group of Palestinians is not interested in peace.

Attackers smash windows, attempt to storm hotel's conference hall but are stopped by PA police.

Scores of Palestinian activists on Thursday attacked a hotel in Ramallah where Israelis and Palestinians were holding a meeting to talk about peace.

Chanting slogans against “normalization” with Israel, the vandals smashed windows and tried to storm the conference hall before dozens of Palestinian Authority policemen pushed them back.

These 'activists' claim to speak for the "Palestinian" citizens of Israel as well. I wonder how they ('activists') think such a claim is justified - or fair?

Why seek peace when you know it'll cost you your welfare check?

They don't have to kill all these rioters, but rubber bullet the hell out of them would be welcomed!

Allah Akbara this camel Fucker!

Everyone should want peace. It make me cry to see such behavior, not just protest about making this or that concession, or even slogans about Israel but to resort to vandalism and violence? They are smashing their own town and hurting businesses of their own people. This is madness, shame on them for doing to this to their own. They are shitting on their on living room floor. Where is the logic?

But, Billy wants to see Israel bombed out of existence, don't you Billy?
Just right-wing, Israel.

I like left-wing, Israel.

You wouldn't if you saw it, as they would be just like the commies of Lenin's time and be very nasty towards the filastins. Remember those left wing Jews who starved a million people to death because they could. Were the cause of mass murders of millions of other itinerants and slave workers.

What you think is left wing Israel is just a small group of ultra orthodox Jews that don't think the time is right for the Jews to be in the Holy land

Israel should really stop its settlements

No Israel should stop settling and up the settlement 1000 fold! First start with Jerusalem. ALL OF JERUSALEM. Make sure the west side is nearly 100% Jewish like it is now. Then do whatever you can to get the Palestinians out of the east side and give all the incentives in the world for Jewish families esp Orthodox ones (since they gave a gallizion babies) to move into the area, land grants, property tax relief, down payment grants etc. The goal for 2020 should be a 100% Jewish West side and 90% Jewish East side.

Next build up all the settlement on the borders that will be easy to bring into the Israel. Build the wall around the Arab Triangle including them on the Palestinian side. Fuck em, if they want to hold Palestinian flags, let them be de facto (if not de jure) part of Palestine.

Keep building the settlements stemming from Jerusalem outward and along the border letting the Palestinians know the longer the wait on peace the less land they will have!

Why do you support the settlements, though? I mean, the Palestinians lived there before modern Israel was established...even if the Israelites had resided there a few thousand years ago, they can't just push them out from their homes because they feel like it...

Most settlements are built where no one lives. For instance, Kiryat Arba was built near Abraham's Tomb in Hebron, and Efrat was built near Rachel's Tomb in Bethlehem.

That is a lie. During the 1800s land was sparsely populated (Mark Twain statedt it best). While it is true the Muslims had the majority in all of Israel, during this time there was a JEWISH majority in Jerusalem on both the west and esp the east side. During the '48 war the Arabs expelled all of the majority Jews from the East side to the West side.

During the early 1900s the land was sparsely populated. Then when the British took over the lands from the Turks, the Jews started to come to the lands and the economic wealth started to develop. Around this time it was the great Arab migration also. They seeked better income opportunities. As the British saw a clash of culture they picked on the weaker side the Jews. They enacted a full ban on Jewish immigration while the Arabs could immigrate and they did it in droves. The vast majority of the people who call themselves Palestinians are direct descendants of the Arabs that migrated during the British white paper era.

The Palestinians have settlements in Israel, so why shouldn't the Israelis build settlements in Judea and Samaria? Second, building in Jerusalem isn't building settlements. That is the undivided capital of Israel! It would be like spliting Mecca or Medina!
Third, building up the so called settlements shouldn't be a issue. The Israelis will offer land exchanges of the Palestinian settlements in Israel (aka the Arab Triangle). The square footage is the same. The reason the Palestinians are against it is because it makes sense and would end the war. They don't want that.

Would that be the post 1964 Palestinians that were muslim migrants before that, or would it be the pre 1964 Palestinians that had lived and worked the land in their Jewish farmsteads.

The muslims only had the itinerant housing that was provided by the Jewish farmers, they had no homes of their own. Yes they had the numbers just not the places, every account says that most of the land was inhospitable and barren with no living thing there. There were scattered villages with scrawny people existing barely, occasional oases of life were Jewish families had transformed the land into productivity.
As for the settlements it is a proven fact that they are built on Jewish owned land that was stolen by the muslims in 1948, remember the muslim cry of "right of return" well the Jews went one better and reclaimed what was theirs by right of return.

All the settlements are built of land bought by the pre 1948 Jews from the original absent owners, many costing 7 times what they were worth.
