Dissent from Darwin

I appreciate the interview of Dr. Ralph Seelke (Microbiology from the University of Minnesota)

Quote from your article:

"We know intuitively that Darwinism can accomplish some things, but not others. The question is what is that boundary? Does the information content in living things exceed that boundary? Darwinists have never faced those questions. They've never asked scientifically, can random mutation and natural selection generate the information content in living things."

-----------------------------

Didn't Darwin die in 1882? I wonder what we've learned since then?

Intuitively?

intuitive:
instinctive, spontaneous, innate, involuntary, instinctual, untaught, unreflecting

Untaught and unreflecting being the operative words.

Science has to be more than, "Just a feeling".

all this shows is event he most intelligent people can get wrapped up in wishful thinking and delude themselves into throwing out their logical thinking to believe. Not very good scientists if they throw away their logic and reasoning that makes a good scientist, or conveniently ignore the same scientific method they use in their careers when its inconvenient to their beliefs

absurd
what's the relation between logical thinking and darwinism  darwinism is just an hypothsis like Big bang. it gets supporters and sceptics.

Actually, the passage rdean highlighted is a wonderful dissent.

Are there any experiments in the process that highlight "random" mutations(exactly what is a random mutation? The logic sounds very familiar, hmmm. ) in cells or biological models in which natural selection is a recordable variable?

Of course, experiments that show mutations of organisms that were directed by evironmental conditions do exists. Which may suggest that Darwins original idea need to be expanded since it incorporates more than just "natural selection" or "random cell mutations" in which the latter I am having trouble fully understanding.

What is meant by "Random"? Darwinism screams determinism, not randomness, so what really gives here?

"If religion has taught us anything, its that we get nowhere calling our ignorance, god"

"If religion has taught us anything, its that we get nowhere calling our ignorance, god"

or calling our ignorance "spontaneous occurrence" or "chance"?

the hazard is the god of darwinists

Evolution has NEVER been proven to have created a whole new species from an old one. With in a species we can clearly see changes occurring but no one has EVER provide a direct link to an ANIMAL changing from one form to a completely different one.

"Humans have only about 30,000 genes, and we differ from mice in only about 3000 genes. Humans and Chimpanzees are believed to share 98.5 percent of their genes. In fact, we share 110 genes with bacteria." Patricia Churchland

Life is some amazing stuff and that we are conscious of life is even more marvelous. Enjoy it regardless of your beliefs as too soon it is over and then.....

Might be wise to educate yourself on what you are arguing about, cause it just makes you look stupid when you make arguments that have nothing to do with evolution.

it would be better if you begin educate yourself firstly, where are those mythic transitional forms?

Define GOD!

Because I am still trying to figure out what the hell you are talking about!!

Let say Darwinism is a new religion. Do you not practice freedom of religion, or is it just your religion?

Why not look at it that way and leave it alone? Because it is passing itself off as science? But you do not care about "science" so do not turn around and act as if you are pro-science.

The God of Darwinism. Tell me, what does it look like? Also, how come you are the only one that can see it?
