Last week one of my co-workers presented me with a building for sale in NYC - I turned it down flat. Today on a walk I was thinking about it and it occurred to me that "it would be like buying real estate in Hiroshima in 1944"

Not a happy thought at all and hopefully totally wrong

If the price of real estate in NY has hit bottom, it might be a smart move?
