As unfathomable as it may seem, at this point the Democrat Party is poised to nominate a “democratic socialist”. Yes, Comrade Bernie is the clear front runner so far. Has anyone really thought about what America will be like with “President Sanders”?

Here's the thing. If Bernie gets the nomination, I will hold my nose and vote for him. After this last disastrous week on Wall Street we should be in full recession by November and Trump is pretty much done.

And then what? Well, he may or may not have a Democratic Senate, but the GOP will still be able to filibuster his attempts to Socialize the country. His support in the house will depend on a lot of sensible "Establishment" Democrats going along with it. He's not going to have a caucus of a bunch of AOC types.

This is why I would prefer the Democrats have a whiff of good sense and nominate Biden or Bloomberg.
