Satellite data show Earth's glaciers in massive decline

The world's most renowned climate scientist...

How much do we need to raise taxes by to fix this?

We need to eliminate GHG emissions. What that costs depends a great deal on you and I. I strenuously suspect that my way of doing it would cost a fraction of the manner you would end up doing it.

Some of the world's best climate scientists. These are the authors of "The Physical Science Basis" of the IPCC's 5th Assessment Report; Working Group I. I'd bet a dollar to a donut you've never heard of any of them.

What makes you say that?

Because you will do nothing until you are forced by the consequences of warming.

I am glad we have stopped the ice age that was coming. If we hadn't listened to environmental experts in the 70's who wanted all that coal power instead of nuclear power, we would all be flash-frozen now.

I don't give a damn who they are or what their title is, they're all capable of lying to further their agenda.

The fact of the matter is, the temperate of the earth is dictated by the sun, and the sun is entering a cooling cycle, as it has done since before man inhabited the planet. That's how we had a mini ice age just 10,000 years ago, and it appears we could experience quite a cooling spell again in the very near future, because of the SUN. So all this frenzied worry about a glacier melting is just moronic. We can't do a damn thing about it anyway.

Good! Who wants to live on a glacier?
Not many. But several hundred million would like to use them as reservoirs for drinking water and and irrigation. And another several hundred million would like them to stay where they are rather than pushing the ocean into their front doors.

From your ignorant dismissal of the subject study.

Oh God........not this glacier sh*t again? :cul2:

Nobody cares........20 years ago, nobody cared. Its another one of the climate crusader myths that has fallen flat on its face as a strategy..........d0y
