sacrificing Officer Chauvin

cH
Officer Chauvin was doing his job arresting a criminal. Officer Chauvin was sacrificed to appease the BLM idiots. these blm idiots were going to go on a rampage if they did not get their way. the idiot nancy pelosi got on her knees again for the blm idiots , babbling inanities. just before the verdict was announced, in Ohio a young black girl attacking other young black women with a knife was shot and killed by police responding to the 911 calls pleading for their help. the blm idiots are up in arms again. again saying when is it going to end, police killing black folks.. these idiots ignore everything else. they only see a black person been killed by police. there are a lot of black people doing well in the USA. many get educated and thru hard work have achieved success in all sectors of US society. They are law abiding citizens. what ever our national history has been no one can deny that things have gotten better for everyone. We as a country are not perfect but thru out the world many people dream about immigrating to the USA, of becoming a US

Chauvin was doing his job arresting a criminal but his job is not to kill that criminal unless it was in self defense.

Once he died it because a matter of justice. 12 jurors (white and black) found him guilty. It wasn't to appease BLM because BLM is not a person. It was to affirm that their is a system and it is not just one man who decides. it is a jury of his peers. He had a chance to present his side of the story. The other guy did not. Chauvin lost his sense of justice and became just a tool of his own making. As a police man he was assumed to be a man of good character and to get the bad guy. Somewhere along the way he became the bad guy This is a story about two men and not cause that can be argued of who was right or wrong. One lost his life and the other has lost his freedom. That is all that can be said. Nothing else is going to change it.

If jurors feel they will not be able to do this they can request off the jury.
Many prospective jurors lie to get on a jury. Many of those have already made up their minds as to what their vote will be. This is the case with at least one asshole BLM promoter that made it to the Chauvin jury.
BLM is a Marxist front organization working to weaken and take down America. Once this movement has effectively made criminals in the inner cities untouchable, the ones who will suffer the worst are the poor and minorities. These are the same groups that consistently demand MORE POLICING, not less. What BLM and Antifa are doing is EVIL and it needs to be resisted.
Exactly so. BLM is a Marxist movement and will do all it can to undermine American justice...in either direction... by excusing the actions of black criminals and condemning the actions of all police.
That is all that can be said.
This case will be a divisive topic for decades...just as the anti-American racists and cop-haters want it to be.

Here's a prime example of an activist juror:

This lying bastard and all who share his views (BLM shitheads) should never be allowed on a jury for a trial involving charges against police.

Chauvin should be granted a re-trial...in another state.

That wasn't the testimony of his fellow officers, his supervisor and the Chief of Police.
That's interesting - so what does that say about his supervisor and chief of Police? will they face charges for gross misconduct now too as they are responsible for him? or have they been let off the hook because they aided the stitch-up and got him sent down?

I also think it's about time there was an honest investigation into how and why Chauvin was still wearing a badge and a gun after so many allegations and complaints against him.
The answer is well known. The political power of Police Unions/Associations in the US.

Jurist needs to be in jail for perjury .........among other things.

Uh...9:29 seconds of video with his knee on George Floyd's neck. Multiple people begging with Chauvin to at least take his knee off the guy's neck. The guy face down on the ground..with his hands behind his back in handcuffs.
That one..is pretty cut and dry.

Gee, the interval just gets longer and longer every time with you Jack! It used to be 8 minutes. Soon it'll be up to 10 minutes. People begging the officers is irrelevant. They are not police, they are not medical, they are not clairvoyant. People yell stuff at the police at most every arrest. If it involves blacks especially. And Floyd's face was sideways, not facing the ground. I can put my knee on your neck all day long Jack, that doesn't mean I'm bearing down with weight cutting off your blood or air supply, just restricting your movement. It's all pretty cut and dry, just as was the fraud in the election.

Absolutely. Now ask yourself this question: with whom do those unions/associations have political power over? Answer: the same people they contribute like 95% of their political campaign donations to - democrats. It ain't rocket science; over the years those unions/associations have gotten laws passed to make it extremely hard to fire a bad cop or a bad teacher, or any other public employee. There's a reason why Derek Chauvin had like 18 complaints against him, and probably many others that were not recorded, and yet he was still on the street wearing a badge and a gun.

I can live with unions and associations, even public ones. Don't like it, but you have to honor the 1st Amendment even when you don't like what it leads to. Since the Supreme Court has said both unions and associations and companies and businesses can contribute campaign money, I think the best we can do is track that money and hold accountable who gets it and what they do in office. So far, the voters are not doing that and neither is the media, unless of course it's a republican.

The supervisor and the Chief are not the only problem; the problem is higher up, with the politicians who are supposed to have oversight over the police dept to make sure it is run effectively, efficiently, and impartially. Instead, those politicians allowed the Derek Chauvins on police forces around the country to stay on the job.

Let's be clear: there's a lot of blame that should be distributed around in this case and most others when it comes to police misconduct. Not just on the cops but also on those elected officials at the state and local levels who are responsible to provide safety and security to the public they are supposed to serve.

Everybody who is part of a jury has opinions and they do not live in a vacuum where news is easily accessible. To find someone in the state who did not have an opinion would be impossible.

So the deal is they agree to be impartial when hearing a case and that is all you really can expect. Are you saying that you can never be on a jury because you have opinions. You cannot put aside your opinion and be impartial? Still it was an unanimous decision by all 12 juries. So are all of them impartial? The jury was 4 white people, 2 interracial people, and 6 blacks.

In the end of the day to find a jury member who is not aware of what went down with Floyd and had a opinion is not feasible especially in the city or state that it went down in.

The question is can they be impartial. I would ask if you were chosen on a jury can you set aside your opinions and listen to the facts.

Just because the guy had an opinion, The facts were presented and they all found him guilty

second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter are all lower level degrees than the ultimate degree which might have been a death sentence.

Your arguments are the same that anyone makes who disagrees with a verdict. I am sure that he had to divulge this information before being selected for the jury. Also jury selection is not something that you volunteer for . It is a random selection process from a pool of eligible people.

Where was Chauvin's impartiality when he ignored the guy complaining that he cannot breath?

What part of IN ANOTHER STATE did you not understand?

Wrong.

well if you include the 2 alternate jurors but they do not deliberate when a verdict is made. They are dismissed when the 12 jurors must decide.

This is not federal court so if the trial is held in a particular state then jurors are called from that jurisdiction. Of course they may have moved to another state and still be listed on the old address. In which case they just reply that they have moved.

That has nothing to do with what I said...or the make up of the deciding jurors.

Well the picture of the jury you posted had 14 people. When I mention the jury breakdown it was the deciding jurors and I did not include the alternates. As once they must decide the verdict then the two alternates are dismissed. In which you replied wrong.

they were idiots throwing Officer Chauvin under the bus.
He should have gotten a manslaughter charge, not straight up murder. That would say he intentionally was trying to kill him knowing full well what he was doing.

If Floyd had seen this he would be alive today.

Or maybe he would be alive if he wasn't a career criminal, had lethal doses of fentanal, not had heart issues, tested positive for covid, didn't have arteral blockage, didn't test positive for meth, wasn't resisting arrest, wasn't doing shit to draw the attention of the police and so on.

The only thing chauvin is guilty of is getting overwhelmed in a drawn out situation while having to deal with a crowd. And no Floyd wasn't even a claustrophobic, he was doing quite well in the car when the cops showed up.

He needed to check up on him a didnt. It was a bad situation that went south. I can see a manslaughter charge.

But let's face, he was NEVER going to get anything but full charges because there was no way in hell he would get an unbiased jury. Everyone in the country knew what happened and had spent a year hearing everyone scream murder, racism, fuck the cops, all day and all night.

He never had a chance of getting a fair and impartial jury. And if he did manage a juror that was they would probably had been afraid of being torn apart by the mob like so many others the previous year.

george floyd was too stupid to follow this advise. floyd was a whinner.he was a career criminal. it is quite simple just live within the law . present an ID when a law officer ask you for one and answer some simple question and you are good. what chris rock says in that video is just the simple truth

I believe they will be attempting to Federalize police forces all across the country making them adhere to senseless regulations, meanwhile crime will increase as police become less and less effective.
I agree and I believe that we are about to see the removal of the filibuster and a sprint toward actions that will allow them to hold power regardless of what people vote for. They are no longer Democrats in the conventional usage. They are MARXISTS. The only way to stop them is to try civil disobedience and once they've come into the open with their predictable overreaction, start a revolution to remove them, whatever it takes.

Curious. Police have to have a legal reason to see your ID. The Precedent on this is clearly established. There are many, many, videos on YouTube about this. And when police do arrest someone for refusing to show ID when they have no legal reason. The charges are inevitably dropped and the cops file shows that he had a bad arrest. A record that will be used to show he is either poorly trained or on a power trip. It will be used to diminish his reputation later.

But hey. Why worry about the Constitution. I mean everyone knows it doesn’t apply anymore.
