Patrick sent a $25,000 check to Eric Frank, a Democratic poll worker from Chester County, Pennsylvania, who reported a 72-year-old Republican for voting twice.
"It's my belief that they were trying to get cases of Democrats doing voter fraud. And that just wasn't the case," Frank told the Dallas Morning News. "This kind of blew up in their face."

You have zero say in how Virginia runs it's elections.Democrats will do whatever is in their power to ensure a win. To make certain the results are accurate, we need to:
1) Disallow midnight vote “halts”.
2) Disallow any mail-ballots that are not folded. A flat ballot did NOT come in via an envelope.
3) Allow Republican observers close enough to actually observe.
4) Insist that all mail-in votes have witnesses to the signatures.
5) No vote “curing.” If a voter is too incapable to mark his ballot clearly, tough bsans.
6) No vote harvesting. That means Democrats, funded by Zuckerberg, cannot blanket predominately liberal areas. If a person doesn’t have the motivation and intelligence to send in his own ballot without prompting, tough beans.
