This is an amazing case.

In the trial court, Giuliani was FORBIDDEN from presenting any evidence to justify his statements. They were deemed false because the two women in question said they were false. Yes, you read that right. Rudy was deemed a liar (the essence of a slander case) for saying they cheated, but he was PREVENTED from presenting videos and other evidence to back up what he said about them. Or that any reasonable person, looking at the evidence he saw, would draw the same conclusions.

Indeed WE HAVE SEEN THOSE VIDEOS! They were all over the internet and even shown in some MSM outlets and certainly on Fox News. Anyone looking at those videos along with the time stamps would have no doubt that they were "fucking with" the boxes of ballots.

Accordingly, the judgment against Rudy is currently under appeal.

But while it is still under appeal, the court is demanding that he impoverish himself to pay the judgment!

Yes, you read that right. He case is still under appeal, and in a sane world it will be, as a minimum, returned to the trial court for a new trial, which renders the $150 million judgment TENTATIVE.

The fukker is 80 years old! Can there be any doubt that is whole caper is Leftist payback, carried out in compromised courtrooms to embarrass and defame not only Giuliani, but Trump and everyone else closely associated with them during the 2020 debacle of an election?
