i know there was a thread on this but lets look at it from the angle of poor rubio.....


watch him....he is as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof.....but he thinks its about done when the worst thing....the nightmare of ever caregiver walking with someone.....you lose them.....

o sure they are frail little people (i was shocked at how mrs. reagan looked) who dont weight much but they become dead weight...and the worse part is....you are just hoping to kinda break the fall...and hoping like hell its just a fall and not a broken hip. you are terrified that any force will break them....could you imagine being known as rubio the idiot who broke mrs reagan's arm when she fell? and i assure you that was entirely possible.....i felt so much empathy for him.....anyone who has ever escorted a fall risk knows how he feels....and the wild thing....you just lose them..suddenly things are great.....then everyone is on the ground...it happens so fast...so little time to react....

he did the best anyone could have done....he got her to the ground as softly as he could.....

She's like 200 years old. Sheesh..cut her some slack.

Cut her some slack? I didn't insult or otherwise offend her. There are plenty of people her age who are bright-eyed and clearheaded. There's a look that goes with what I'm talking about, and it took her husband. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I did not attack her.
