What happens there will easily come to the US it already is.
Anyone ever see hunger games, that is the life the Globalist Elites want to see all of us in.
It does not matter if you are a democrat who would get down on your knees and lick the chit off their shoes, it doesn't matter if you are a republican willing to do the same thing.
We are their slaves, the Globalist who control the Governments will use great sounding wordage to make things look like what they are not. Trickery is easy to do to those who still live in the zombie zone.

Granny says, "Dat's right...

... dey already got a robot...

... dat wrings farts outta shirt-tails...

... puttin' Uncle Ferd outta work...

... atta dry cleanery."

If america gave a fuck about the middle class the last half century would have looked very different, but here we are nonetheless. And still no one gives a fuck. Not really. Watch.

Automation is inevitable now that we have machines capable of doing so much so quickly and so cheaply. Think logically. Why would anyone pay more for inferior products when they can pay less for better quality?

Robots don't have attitudes or get sloppy. They don't take sick days or go on strike. They just do the same thing over and over again, and do it very well.

All this means we are going to have to move past the current employment model, but the day of the low skilled, high paying career is over.

I'm sure there were those who said the same thing when agriculture was being replaced by manufacturing and farm hands were watching their jobs be replaced by tractors.

They did not have the same half century societal wealth redistribution scam going on and the resultant wealth disparity gap that always leads to eventual social unrest. Automation alone is not the issue.

This is just one issue that needs some thought :
Risk of robot uprising wiping out human race to be studied

I suppose you feel the same about cars replacing horses and air mail replacing the pony express. Funny how you progressives oppose progress.

You can still bitch about "progressives" though, that doesn't need to be based upon anything.

north west and maine are replacing minimum wage jobs with robots rather than pay the $15 hr.
Fast food and restaurants place food orders with ipads, robots make food, robots clean floors, bills are paid from the ipad or their phone...................
We have cars and trucks that can drive theirselves, one driver for safety but no need for two drivers. Building can be preassembed in sections with machines.

No over time, no health care, they can operate 24/7, fewer accidents...............

Hopefully with less regulations and more tax breaks, businesses will be able to use more human labor, or human assisted machines.

The previous half century had an even greater wealth disparity. That's what prompted unions.
You need to get over the socialist talking points and progress a little.

The rerigging of the economic system began with Reagan shoog. I'm merely referring to a time point, you can argue his policies if ya like.

More socialist talking points. Explain how Reagan rigged the economy.

Perhaps we will just need fewer humans to work in fields, mow lawns, clean houses and climb ladders.

These third world shitholes better start thinking of ways to reduce their numbers lest they become someone's dinner.

Somebody has to BUILD the robots and that will be US....the rust will leave the Rust Belt when we're the ones manufacturing the new R2D2's....:deal:

Automation is the catalyst for change.

That's the only way it could happen. Otherwise, we would just be using the job market as a giant welfare system, paying people to be less productive than the alternative.
