Some years ago (seems like at my age everything starts with "some years ago") my wife and I took a road trip across the country.

This one stands out......so to speak.
Early morning we left our motel and started driving watching for a busy truck stop to have breakfast.
There was a roadside coffee shop serving breakfast all day. The parking lot was packed with pickups! There were maybe fifteens tables. We had to stand in line for half an hour to get a table.
We figured the food had to be amazing.
There were two young very pretty girls as waitresses. Both of them were basically wearing see-through shirts and tops. I mean SEE THROUGH!
The place was pulsing with testosterone!
My wife wanted to leave right away but I persuaded her that this might be the only place to have breakfast for hours. We had to just tough it out.
The breakfast was fine.
When I went to pay the bill I asked my waitress how she made out on tips. She replied: "My sister and I each make about five hundred dollars a day.".
