No, that's stupid. It's the null hypothesis, basically. They have a simple explanation for the SARS-Cov2 virus: it came from nature. Remember, that's the reason the lab was built there: because other viruses, including SARS viruses, had emerged there.

So unless someone can come up with some pretty definitive evidence, there is no reason to believe a complicated, unevidenced conspiracy over what we know does and has happened.
