Dear Republicans, You folks should have won this midterm election in a landslide. Biden and the Democrats are not very popular. So, what's the problem? Well...here it is: For the last few decades, you folks have attacked Liberals, Blacks, Jews, Mexicans, Gays, Lesbians, the voting system, Women's rights advocates, Muslims, the mainstream media, and everyone else that doesn't march in lockstep with your vision of America. Has it occurred to you that this group is a really big (and growing) block of voters, and that alienating them is the reason you struggle to win elections? There are a few facts you'd better warm up to:

* For the last 2 decades women have made up the majority of college graduates, if you're not working for one now, you soon will be!

* It's now acceptable (and stylish) for your pretty blonde, blue eyed daughters to date and mate with black men.

* We never hear you complain that the voting system is "rigged" when you win, so complaining that it's rigged
when you lose looks pretty darn hypocritical - doesn't it?

* The mainstream media is big - and getting bigger. It's not going away, so you'd better learn to live with it.

* Same sex marriages are legal in most states.

* Lesbians couples have become mainstream

Like it or not, your 1950's heterosexual, Wonder Bread white family with 2.5 kids, a family home, and a Chevy in every garage is a shrinking percentage of the voting public. Keep up your attacks on everyone else and your party will continue to lose voters.

Same-sex marriage is legal in all states per Obergefell.

But a conservative Supreme Court dominated by rightwing ideologues can’t be trusted to respect precedent, hence the importance of codifying marriage equality in Federal law.

Otherwise, yes, Republicans’ efforts to attack, vilify, and demonize those whom they oppose is a failed strategy, as rejected by the voters this November.
