It is perfectly ok for a church to support ballot measures and legislation.
For the most part.

LOLYour reasoning begins with a false premise. The Constitution doesn't serve the country.
The courts then supported slavery.at one time the majority supported slavery .... blacks werent considered human beings and therefor had no rights ... the left believes the same about babies in the womb ... according to the left they arent humans beings in the womb therefor they have no rights .
The purpose of the Constitution is put boundaries on government power and outline the roles of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Federal Government. Moron.LOL
It doesn’t?
What’s it for then?
Yep. Your government education system failed you.The courts then supported slavery.

You anyway.Yep. Your government education system failed you.
That's achieved by limiting the power of the Federal government. You are born with rights; the government doesn't give them to you. There is no right to abortion. It can be legal or illegal according to each state. Same with marriage laws.
Not to guarantee rights?
As if it’s scripture. That's achieved by limiting the power of the Federal government. You are born with rights; the government doesn't give them to you. There is no right to abortion. It can be legal or illegal according to each state. Same with marriage laws.

so the courts changed their view on slavery just as they changed their view on killing children in the womb .The courts then supported slavery.
A very smart friend of mine, an attorney and staunch fighter for racial justice, posted the screen caps below wherein the OP reports that he was able to get one of his local christo-fascist churches booted from tax exempt status with the IRS. The post claimed there was a process anyone could follow involving reporting churches engaged in political activity to the IRS. Second posted asked if this were true. Third poster shared link to the actual form from the IRS which also contains instruction on how to file.
Here’s a link to the IRS form to report this dangerous fascists to the IRS. IRS Form 13909 - Tax Exempt Organization Complaint
Let’s put these fuckers outta business!
Report Politically Active Christo-Fascist Churches to the IRS to Strip Their Tax Exempt Status

This underscores a consistent problem with the left. They never consider things like that. Many black churches do politics all the time. They never lose their IRS status.
No. The new radical conservative majority did that. Roe had withstood many prior challenges.so the courts changed their view on slavery just as they changed their view on killing children in the womb .
the only radicals i see are leftists doxing and paying people to notify them if they see a conservative Justice out in public ...No. The new radical conservative majority did that. Roe had withstood many prior challenges.
This court’s ruling is a departure from any semblance of rational jurisprudence.
Your ignorant opinion only. No legal explanation.No. The new radical conservative majority did that. Roe had withstood many prior challenges.
