I think that reparations are a great idea.

I do not mind my tax money being used to pay reparations to any particular ethnicity that has suffered past injustices.

BUT fair is fair, so everyone (regardless of ethnicity) who has been the victim of violent crime should also receive reparation for the horrific suffering involved. (Of course, in many cases the reparation would have to go to the dead victim's relatives.)
