And then, there’s . . . Rep. Aaron Schock’s new digs.

Bright red walls. A gold-colored wall sconce with black candles. A Federal-style bull’s-eye mirror with an eagle perched on top. And this is just the Illinois Republican’s outer office.

Since he paid for the renovations himself he could have turned his office into an exact replica of the Mos Eisley Cantina for all I care.

It doesn't seem all that elaborate. The color scheme is rather bold but if he paid for the decor himself I see nothing wrong with what he's done. (I'm not a Republican.)
