complaint regarding someone who Has a pistol or Rifle.
Almost any complaint will be used to run a background check
and deny a Person { no matter not as much as a Misdomeaner }
to lose their gun rights.Especially if an NRA member in good standing.
Part and parcel of what Democrats are plying.Or a nouveau version
of Stalinism.Deny a confirmed Right { Second Amendment }
like the way Due Process is being applied.Like the way Hundreds of
Antifa/BLM Rioters had charges dropped.
And another Trump supporter had his home stormed in the
early hours { 7 am } and wasn't even allowed to put pants on.
This cannot continue without a huge backlash by normal
sane citizens.

While states and localities will have say on how red flag laws are worded and carried out, I think you paint a very exaggerated picture. I say this thinking myself that red flag laws are stupid. While it is possible that some places may abuse that authority, hopefully they will take into account that if they go too far, it absolutely would be overturned by higher up courts.
