You not only deserve those benefits, but should be provided much more than you are getting today for your sacrifice IMO. You earned it, and deserve it.

How did I manipulate the system? A government doctor told me I could no longer do my job. I applied for disability using a prescription the doctor gave me. I surrendered all my medical files since the day I was born. Government medical professionals reviewed my records, and decided the first government doctor was absolutely correct. I could no longer work. How is that manipulating the system? After looking at my records, they didn't even call me in for an examination or tests.

Again, I've known people in WHEELCHAIRS who still put in an 8 hour day doing stuff.

Unless you are a wheelchair, you're manipulating the system.

Actually, if you get an obstructed colon, it can burst and it will kill you pretty fast. A friend of mine died like that. He was doing his laundry at a laundromat, next door to the bar he was drinking at while his clothes were spinning.

He wasn't feeling that good, sat down on the bench at the unattended laundry , burst his colon and expired. He complained to me a few times about not feeling too well, but he didn't want to go to a doctor.
