REASONABLE SUSPICION
Arizona immigration law cannot be opposed because it may abuse of civil rights unconstitutional because it might or could open the door to racial profiling. Racial profiling depend on the situation and the officer.
No one should be concerned if they are in this country legally and can show a driver license, identification and auto insurance. But if they cannot, that give the officer reasonable suspicion to ask your citizenship status if you are Hispanic. But cannot be the ONLY reason. Since most illegal aliens are of Hispanic origin.
Boycotting Arizona is further punishing the victims. Sport groups should not be making the decision for individual sport figures.
