Working at home?

That's being re-defined as a taxable privilege.

True, the proposal originated in Germany but what liberal cannot fail to embrace a way to "spread the wealth".

If you're working at home then you are privileged and privilege is NOT a good thing. You have unfair advantage that makes it possible for you to continue to earn your living while others, forbidden to go to the job by government edict, are not. Therefore you MUST be equalized! After all, all good progressives now equality cannot come from building people up - only by tearing them down.

Will such a privilege tax come to America?

You can bet on it! But it does raise one big question:

Where will it begin?

Seattle?
San Francisco?
New York City?
Chicago?

Note what those have in common.

Or maybe it'll start with a bigger step:

California?
Massachusetts?

Will Biden bring us our privilege tax bill?
Or will it have to wait until he's pushed out of the way so President Harris can charm her base with a new punitive order - of course for "our own good"?
