I'm sorry but I used to respect teachers before the pandemic. Now I save that respect for those that showed up and did the work to keep our country running. It's a sad day when the checkout person at the local Supermarket has more character than your kid's teacher!

Never forget, the main driving force in closing down schools and re-opening them with neurotic precautions was the Teachers' Unions.

There was never any scientific justification for closing schools, and 95% of teachers had no medical reason to be concerned, but it was all about control, and manipulating the Leftist politicians who put them (the unions) in power.

Isn't it amazing how people that worked in Supermarkets showed up to work everyday even as the teachers stayed home? Why is it that the teachers felt like it was way too dangerous for THEM to go to work...but they had no problem whatsoever with their local checkout person standing for hours behind a register so that THEY could buy food?

Not much point in going to an empty school (although even that was tried for a while).
