The Dimocrats should rally around Michael Moore and Ralph Nader to get a faint inkling of what they need to do to make a comeback.

GOP's nightmare: An Independent Donald Trump - CNNPolitics.com
Ralph Nader, who has run for president multiple times as a third-party candidate and may have cost Democrat Al Gore the 2000 election by running to his left, said Republicans mishandle Trump at their own peril.

"The Republican Party establishment is playing with nitroglycerine when it goes after Donald Trump and tries to minimize him and exclude him," Nader said in an interview Thursday. "Because a jilted Donald Trump as a third-party candidate can blow the presidential race wide open and turn it into a three way race."

Libertarians and Greens have been making more serious
strides toward collaboration to stop corporate politics from corrupting and abusing govt.

If that trend succeeds, we may see a new party system arise.
Ralph Nader On Why Libertarians And Liberals Should Unite

Nader says: Rand Paul Leads; Unite Progressives and Libertarians; Impeach Obama

Yeah, I have a feeling that by 2030 we will see a reformed Republican party that is populist a Dimocratic Party that is a permanent minority and then a third party, Libertarians or Greens, that is the new alternative to the GOP.

The Republicans are being forced to learn, but they appear to be learning as Trump said, he would teach a the GOP Establishment a lesson that they would never forget, but the Dimocrats appear to be doubling down in the old race baiting and Guberment Uber Alles crap they have been losing with since 2000.

No Socialist party?

No Socialist party?
"Socialism" is a hot buzz word that most people dont even understand.

I think "Green" means about the same thing effectively and is much more marketable.

For the record, I do agree with Sanders that we need "Nordic Socialism", which isnt even really socialism. It is more like a capitalist system with a thick welfare state veneer.

While I agree that many here, especially on this forum don't understand what Socialism really means, I'm not sure there is a word to describe the plan that Sanders really wants in place. Obviously Democratic Socialist didn't work, as people just screamed "SOCIALIST!!!" OMG Venezuela!!!!

Maybe there needs to be a new word invented?

What is wrong with "Green Party"? And then spell out the Nordic Socialist Model in the details/platform?

I don't think enough young voters would buy it. The Green Party is too linked to Nader and Stein who some see as tree hugging dimwits.

Nothing that advertising and a few good campaign linked books cant fix.

Why not the Humanitarian Party? The People's Party?

They dont have the value that the Green party has achieved as a party in most western and industrialized nations.

Why toss that out of the window?
