"The gunman who killed 10 people and injured three more in a racist mass shooting at a Buffalo, New York, supermarket last year was sentenced on Wednesday to life in prison without parole. The sentencing came during a tense hearing in which someone in the audience rushed at the gunman and was restrained by a court officer. Payton Gendron, a white supremacist from Conklin, New York, who was 18 years old at the time of the massacre, appeared in Erie County Court to receive the expected sentence after pleading guilty in November -- The terrorism charge carries an automatic life sentence without the possibility of parole.
The shooter's guilty plea on state charges may reduce the likelihood of capital punishment. After the plea was entered during a hearing last fall, Gendron's defense attorney, Brian Parker, said the outcome "represents a condemnation" of the racist and white supremacist ideologies that motivated his attack in the spring."
So this big black thug waits until the guy is handcuffed and can't protect himself to try to attack him? He has clearly disrespected the sanctity of the court and he should be going to prison right next to Payton. What a cowardly act...Why don't this thug have that same outrage for all of the black on black crime? In fact, until the family and friends of these victims end black on black crime, they have no right to be outraged about this....but the disrespect from the victims' families didn't stop there....
So when this guy was kind enough to apologize to these ungrateful family members...they still act this way towards him?? He is telling them that he apologized....Yes, he killed all of those people due to his Democrat racist liberal views; but he was a different person then....why can't they learn to forgive? And for that woman to cal him a liar....just absolutely disrespectful.
