For Israel I see but one option. Fact: When all else has failed to establish peace, war can be the solution. Without war the USA would be ruled by the British. Without war the USA & Japan would not now be allies. Without war, Hitler would have had world domination. And without war, Jordan would not now be at peace from Palestinians.

Please understand, I hate wars, any wars. But when all else has failed to bring peace, what's left to achieve it?

Just remember one thing about Palestine and the "innocent women and children" Those are only tools, like a tank if to Israel, and with those tools of Palestine, they put bombs on those women and children to blow up innocent women and children. There are no innocent Palestinians....

In Israel's case, for 7 decades they have only had to withstand attacks until the attackers no longer had the weapons on hand to effectively punish or until the losses suffered by the attackers made continued attacks to unpopular locally to continue the attack.
If you are being attacked, you only have to survive the attack and Israel usually does this with style and margin. If you are the attacker, you must vanquish or you failed. Historically, people who attack Israel fail miserably.
