The next generation of computing. How does it work and how will be a game changer?

These quantum names are only for the illiterate common people, there is no sense in these words.

This is roughly what Schopenhauer gave about the Germans. If a German does not understand something, even if it is the delirium of a madman, he is embarrassed to show it, and instead of spitting in the face of the liars, he gives them honor.

At the moment they have problems with conventional architecture. They initially made it centralized, sharpened by one processor and accelerated only by increasing the frequency and memory. This ugliness has been standing still for 10 years and is degrading, and they talk about "quanta"

In the days of the Republicans in the 50s, there were promising developments in MIT, but then squealing hippies came and destroyed everything with their "quanta" and dances with naked asses

Off hand there really should be some potential here, what w/ the speed & flexibility. iirc there was even some website w/ access to a quantum computer that anyone online would program it experimentally --but that's where it all kind of grinds to a halt. My take now is that it's a specialized application w/ limited uses. Couple that w/ the gee-whiz factor of something so NEAT that the idea is kept alive but frankly I'm at a loss to see it's everyday need.

For now...
